I am an ordinary guy who needs an electric car. I have a short commute to work and only do short journeys at the week end. Also I am too cheap to spend $35K + on a Chevy Volt or Nissan leaf.

OK I had some time off well quite a bit recently but I am now back in the saddle again. I am stuck on some problems.
1. Had to make the clutch adapter plate.
2. The gear box bell housing sit 20mm off the current adapter plate. So I have to fabicate a new one.
On the positive side I think I have a great deal on my lead acid batteries.
