Volvo Conversion

For all those who like Volvo's but wish to drop the ICE.

My potential EV conversion, a GT6

I'm planning to convert a Triumph GT6+, or a Spitfire to EV. I picked up a GT6+ on Ebay. I haven't dug into it yet. If it's in to bad a shape I'll find a Spitfire in batter shape, and possibly swap some parts. I plan to run a 8" or 9" series motor at 120v to 144v. My hope is for a 40 mile range and at 70 MPH.
