    Hi Sam,

Thanks for your reply. Apologies for taking a while to get back to you. Been a nightmare of for a while (still is really:)) trying to rap up this bloody masters study of mine. Just sold my 4x4 Car the other day and bought a new one from TM yest :) (that i'll be collecting off this Wed, flying to Palm Nth).

Ouch..., u're in Tauranga, thought ure in AKL for some reason, donno y? but hey, we'll meet for sure one day sooner or later when either ur'e or my drive becomes literally free to where we're going, freedom at last :p

Thanks fo the inputs on hub motors, F&P. Got those sometime ago and am fiddeling with them all the time. Awaiting yet to reach somewhere interesting with them/or a spin-off idea off them.

Hi sam, i know we share the same interest on this topic. Would you have seen this? Any leads as to if there is an off-the-shelf model for the this particular hybrid motor? I know there are some at ridiculous prices that ppl spoke about in the past, and i believe u are working on a diy version ureself, but let me from u research which ones are presently on sale pls, as it will save me heaps of time re-inventing the wheel and doing a thorough research. Thanks :) By any chance, where abouts in AKL are you and how's ure scheduling and interest for this hobby. Regards, Saleh

1988 Pontiac Fiero with the HPG AC31 motor. Haven't done any cell testing other than checking delivered voltage, all at 3.24 volts. The only testing I'll be doing will be to use them in the vehicle. Nothing like real world testing.

i am pleasure from your DIY on make EV.but i have some question to ask for you.
1 ,why do you adopt AC induction MOTOR drive system?the system have to need a rise voltage controller,it is expense your costly.

3 ,if you already have make well and running, please tell me what is efficiency when it 's right running.i am want to know your actual information.

of course you would go to see http://www.brdriver.cn/product-101.html ,

if you have another idea to chat with me,please free time contact me.

    best regards!
