Jack, if that is your real name
I've been following along the revolt controller build and like a lot of your enhancements. Right now I've just got a stripped down controller with a microcontroller that can output PWM, and the opticoupler and MOSFET driver from the P&S design. Then I've got a bunch of CM400DU-12Fs to drive. Like you've done with your bike contoller.
With the better caps buffering the MOSFET driver, are you having good luck driving those IGBTs? I've been following the recent Powerex driver board design, but I don't yet see where it's that much better than the Micrel MIC4511 driver. How many IGBTs would you recommend driving with one driver IC?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Again, you seem to be making some nice enhancements over the P&S design. Definately want to go down that road, but with my own microprocessor.
