Hey sent you a msg, I realize you can't disclose any Water cooling designs. I more so wanted your critique of my current cooling system I described, I've since added turbulators to improve my heat transfer as my CFD showed I had a sizable boundary layer in the jacket.

Have a middle stator design if you want to revisit two rotor PMDC design.
Three piece interloc, roved wiring, case located, optical and ociliscope tuned.
Single controller possible.
Easier to wind, insulate and liquid cool.
Have found 400degF adhesive/insulator
3/4 the copper and silicin iron of the 4stator design

cant disclose any water cooling designs as its very simple and easy for anyone
(Fiorenza inc.) to put into production.
water cooling mod was easier to make than the custom magnets and new rotor

Will catch up at Wakefield a lot of your ideas parallel mine but you have made the dreams real. Good skills.

Could you provide some more information on how you implemented the liquid cooling on the motor? Where did you move the heat from the stators, and how did form the thermal junction?
