Re: '98 Ford zx2 120volt conversion for sale
*whistels and looks around* anyone?? Price feedback would be nice too.. I don't think it's overpriced based on it's capabilities, range, looks, etc, and based on what other recent conversions have sold for, but if I am overpriced, I can make an adjustment. Maybe it's just the lackluster economy right now?!

Price seems fair.... I think you are stuck with LOCAL economy as most people don't consider buying a car and trailering it across the country (even though its not that expensive).
I would suggest going to a couple local car shows with a 'for sale' sign, maybe try to get a story in the Newspaper, and mention its for sale, leverage any local venues that are 'green' like Farmer's Market or whatever and park it, or give a couple free lectures at local high schools!

Re: '98 Ford zx2 120volt conversion for sale
I just saw a converted 1994 ranger 144 volt on Ebay for 9800 buy it now price. It may be the economy, I thought EVs were getting a little more coin a year ago.

Considering gas prices today, EVs will probably appreciate in value in the next few years. Inflation will come, and it will hit gas hard... I recommend enjoy your EV for a while and sell when the market is in your favor.
Another site you could try listing it at is the EV trading post: http://www.austinev.org/evtradinpost/ I got a few hits from there when I was selling that production electric Minivan.

yeah, that's the main place I have it listed actually.. lowered the price to 15k obo.. no worries really, if it doesn't sell, it doesn't sell. I love having an EV! I just wanted the money to do another one.

Why don't you call up that cutie that interviewed you for local TV. Maybe she can help you out?
