Hey agniusm,
I did a similar design. But for a 10s3p and 4s9p pack.
What are the shipping cost to Germany for a 4s Kit?

video looks cool but very hard to see the meter readings. I would be interested in what 10C discharge sag is relative to nominal voltage.

What are the package dimensions for 6S?

What would you say the rated peak (10s) and continuous discharge current for your designs?

Thanks,
Valery

The size is 160 x 48 x 14mm, 162grams.
At ~150A voltage dropped from 19.6V to18.1V
I have not tested yet continuous discharge on this yet, need some sort of heavy duty breaker.

Interesting. . . but it looks as though you have turned the screw fastener into a conductor. Normally, the fastener is used to press conducting surfaces together. . . and not conduct itself. Is the fastener steel?
Also, it appears that the nut showing would be the bottom of the conductor clamp. . .?
Not that it won't work but, . . I think I would favour a direct contact with the aluminum terminal below. .

The bolt is brass, nut SS. It was meant for bicycles where current draw is low. People have options to modify the kit slightly to get desireable results. Automotive edition is different, just looking if there would be interest..

I would say there's plenty of interest. These are the A123 20AH pouches, correct?

You're selling them fully assembled, at ~$6-13 / pouch, depending on pack size, correct?

Have you had any failures with dead cells?
