Default APC Symmetra LX Battery Module

I've just got offered 4 of these beasties. I have a car with no motor and am trying to collect bits on the cheap. I've no idea what I'm doing and wondering if I should nab them?

says 120v
and 1080 Volt Amp Hours

That is a 9ah module. It has 10 , 12 volt 9ah batteries in it. It is back-up power when the power fails. Not for an EV.
