I'm in the market for a vacuum booster (finally!)

First question is if you can ship to canada.

Would it be ok if I made my own vacuum chamber? I'm thinking to make a 4' long chamber and that might get pricy to ship all the way up here.

All I would really need is the electrical parts like pump and cycling switch but I really like the idea of running the pump off the traction pack.

Voltage range should be 144-172, is that ok?
Not fully charged its sitting right at 161 at the moment.
