Default Complete Vacumm Brake System $199.00

Here is my creation for a complete vacuum brake system. This has everything you need to complete the job (2-24" tie straps, female spade connectors, relay, vacuum switch, foam padding and complete instructions with a tool free # for tech support till midnight 7 days a week. The vacuum motor is built into the reservoir and runs off the traction pack voltage ( 108-156 vdc) (not 12 vdc) and consumes less than 29 watts. The motor is so quiet that is is barley even noticable that it is even on. Please specify 1/2" or 5/8" barbed fitting for your hose to the car system. Includes very precise and high quality adjustabe vacuum switch. PM me or call 800-728-6976.

Brian

Brian, this thing looks great. But I think maybe it should be moved to the parts vendors forum instead of the classifies. You may get more hits that way.

Indeed; I'm annoyed with my leaky, loud vacuum solution. But I can't even consider this option without dimensions and more information. How much of a vacuum does it pull, and how quickly? Is it adjustable? How big is that cylinder?

Dimensions can be what you request, (we reccomend not less than 12 ") it is a 4 " diameter. Yes it is adjustable with a very high quality switch, again takes 30 sec - a minute and you for get its even on when driving,, except for the fact the brakes work great

I suggested this design over a year ago and was told that the pump would run too hot and not run long. (Running in a vacuum would not transfer heat well enough).

How hot does your pump get? Not the tank, but the pump itself.

not entirely sure as it is hard to access ,but it has never failed. I have 2 of these units in daily action. I am sure heat is not an issue. It does not run long enough to get "too hot".
I offer a one year gurantee on it.
