Do I understand this right?

I'm looking at the motor section. I'm very new to EVs. ADC FB1-4001 Its max voltage is 144. If I pumped 150 volts into it I would burn up the motor, but for a while my car would go faster. Right? The controller sends the volts to the motor? It says 75@144v. Is that 75 amps? Seems like a lot. in fact That's not right. Can't be amps. or maybe I'm wrong.
