I am new to this forum and like what I see. I work part-time at the St Francis Hotel San Francisco and the Fairmont Hotel San Francisco and if it is OK with you, I will post it in our break room. Hopefully can get you some local business.
Cheers!

***** WARNING ****** DONOT respond to this request for a instructor in EV conversion as the company "CLEANTECHINSTITUTE" located in Fremont , CA. is Not a professional orginization and appears to on the shady side. After teaching a class for them for 2 months, I have yet to be paid. Next step is court scheduled for March 2011 in Fremont. GOOGLE also is carrying their advertisement for EV and Solar training, beware of this as the intent is to get the fee's and provide little else. State of California currently has a investigation under way regarding this operation which have received many complaints. This notice is being posted by the author to help others from falling into a trap regarding this offer.

Follow up:
I won my case in small claims court in March 2011. Guess what, they appealed the decision to the Hayward Superior court and lost. Guess what, they now are claiming and have filed papers with the court that the judgement is wrong and that the plaintiff, Allan Bullock, shouldnt be paid at all. I am waiting for the court to rule. If in my favor, the next step is to have the court issue a bench warrent for contempt of court for not completing the asset form that is to be provided to me within 30 days of the judgement.

The person under "cruisin" was a 72 year Alan Bullock, who came to us claiming that he knew a lot about the electric car. So the Institute hired him to teach a class on EV. We found out that we hired a wrong guy and had to fire him.

Not only he did not know much about the electric car, but he has no idea how to teach. He did not know how to use the PowerPoint, nor the computer projector. He had no clue how to prepare course materials. We had to prepare course materials, PowerPoint presentation for him. At the classroom, Alan Bullock just sat there to read a text book along with the students. We told him on several occasions that he had to prepare to explain to the students using the PowerPoint materials provided to him. But he could not do it.

He did not have any professional knowledge to explain when students asked him questions. We had some complaints about him, that we had no choice but to fire him. He claimed he has a lot of credential, but when we asked him to provide a written resume, he could not provide a copy of his resume, as a part of the agreement for compensation. We told him that after he sending us a copy of your resume with truthful information, we will pay his fees. He has never given us a copy of his resume, so we are still waiting. He filed a claim with false claims at the small claim court. The matter is at the hand of the judge.

We would like to correct his statement that we do not have any problems with the State of California. We will have our attorney to seek legal action against Mr. Bullock for defamation.

FRAUD ALERT: Lloyd Fran had his operations shut down by the SEC for defrauding investors. He and his wife Fern Vu escaped New Zealand to avoid paying contempt of court fines for fraud. He runs IANANO/CINANO/CLEAN TECH and other bogus institutes that are not recognized by any authority. He exploits the unemployed hoping they won’t fight back. Google Lloyd Tran, Fraud. See for yourself. Don’t be duped. He is under investigation Wheels of justice turn slowly.

After 2 years fighting this guy Clean Tech Institute Lloyd Tran and Fern Vu, both with criminal history, I have yet to be paid for my services as required by Superior Court of California. Next step will be the assignment of the sheriff to sit in their business and collect all incoming assests until the judgement is paid. If you search the internet you will find these people have a history of scamming others in New Zealand and Los Angeles.
