Default rolling resistance

I have some info I would like to add to your Rolling Resistance wiki thread at page.....
http://www.diyelectriccar.com/forums...ead.php?t=6646
my web site page is....
http://saturn.lynnautorepair.com/200...r%2077%20Tires

I thought about either...
  1. Add it directly to this page. Mention that it is 2009 tests, so if next year newer tests are done someone at DIYEC can replace it.
  2. link one of the pages here right after this paragraph...."Buy Low RR Tyres: The Californian Energy Commission found ...........good tyre selection is very important."
  3. or start a new page that has some or all of this info.
What do you recommend?
