Since I just went through the hassle of researching, finding, discussing, ordering the pre-charge resistor and coil suppression diode, I thought I would spare someone the hassle and offer a "kit" to use for someone with an albright SW200 contactor and is looking for the pre-charge resistor and diode. The kit comes with the following 2 items:

1 620 Ohm 10 watt resistor
1 100v 3 amp diode

These two items are the ones recommended by Curtis for their SW200 contactors and the following controllers (See page 10 of your Curtis manual):

1209B-64XX
1209B-6A5XX
1221B-66XX
1221B-6A7xx

These parts are cheap, it's the shipping that will kill you; I had to buy them from 2 different places. Get them both for $5 shipping included (contiguous US).
