REDCloud demonstrated its electric conversion technology last week in
Ashland.]
On the heels of a high-profile demonstration of its electric vehicle
conversion technology last week, REDCloud announced it was moving
offices to Portland.
The company, formerly based in Ashland and formerly called Ambiente
Motors, moved in with charging station technology company Shorepower
Technologies in Northwest Portland. The office is on N.W. York Street,
which the companies have taken to calling "EV Alley."
Last Thursday, REDCloud demonstrated its Ford Ranger electric
conversion technology that was piloted on the campus of Southern
Oregon University [

In January, REDCloud announced it would partner with Shorepower on
charging technology designed for fleet services [

REDCloud, led by CEO Melissa Brandao, will keep a presence in Ashland
but has moved headquarters to Portland.
The company was named in March as one of five founding companies in
the Sustainable Valley Business Accelerator being set up in Medford.
