The DIY in DIY-electriccar stands for 'do-it-yourself'... You will get all kinds of help, in the form of suggestions and recommendations, from the other forum members, but you are going to have to make your own decisions on what it is that you're building, and how you're going to do it.

There is no universal best way to build an electric car. What are your performance expectations, what is your budget, and what is your mechanical/electrical skill level?
