I'm a noob at ev conversions, but i have access to a Ford escape hybrid, battery pack, electric motor (what type? And will it work as a complete ev?) And whatever electronics it comes with.

Should i use all of these parts as the basis of my conversion or are they only good for hybrids?

I have extra battery packs, should i just add the extra packs and make it a longer range hybrid?
