Default Pontiac Firefly Convertible EV is go!

My Pontiac Firefly Convertible EV is finally finished (sort of , I think it should better be called a 'work in progress' ) and on the road, just in time for this fabulous weather. It is weird to look up at the snow on the glaciers above us (Whistler, BC, Canada) and drive 'topless' in 35Degs C in the valley.

Lots of build pics and some info at: http://pontiacfirefly.com/ecarGallery/

I have gathered front and rear suspension parts from a Suzuki Swift GT saloon which had discs/rotors all 'round, and heavier springs, so when the snow starts in the fall I'll take her off the road and swap out the ffly suspension for the Swift units. I have fitted airbags in the rear springs for now, but the front springs in the 'vert were softer than the saloons anyway, so the car currently looks quite 'cool' running down to the front!
