EVDL List is on a distinguished road
Default Re: [EVDL] ECEDRA NEWS - (April 25, 2011) World's Fastest "Full-Size" EV Record!

I'm confused. What is a "Full-Size" EV or a "Full-Size" electric drag
car? How is it a World record when other "Full-Size" EVs have a lower
ET? It looks like someone just created a new class so that they could
call it a World Record. I didn't find any class on the ECEDRA.com
website that matched both designations you gave (the subject and then
in the body). If every racing organization makes up their own set of
classifications then it hardly is useful to make any kind of "World
Record" claim. Hasn't there been a set of classifications used for
many years already? I would be surprised if anyone has a "copyright"
on them.

What have I missed?
