I am Vinay from India, Bangalore Planing to go all electric, I have a very limited resources here to get the components in budget.

I am planning to use DC as I understand its simple and cheap.
I have planing to go with 72VDC system, with clutch if possible.

Expected Range is 100-120KM (home-office-home = 50KM) and we have some time power outage.

Speed expected is 80-100KM to keep up with the traffic.

The Car has AC, Power Steering and Power Brakes.

All experienced folks please help me come up and select the motor, controller, battery Pack, charger, what other Items I need.

Is it good to use 12V Batteries, of 8V, or 6V what are pro-cons

I have searched Web a lot and the more info I got more confused I am.

If any one knows any supplier from India for any required items.
