Default 1510 5202 controller burned

I have a 1510 controller on which they burned MOSFET transistors that drives excitation (F1, F2) but two were burned down when I brought the power of logic, and B-to B-port input. I did not bring power to the unit of power, because I first wanted to examine whether the diagnosis. Then I burned a fuse 6.3 A, which I have set the input power of logic.

before replacing the MOSFET's, I pulled out all the logical unit parameters via PC Curtis station programing software.
I am interested in whether the mosfets f1 (s1) and F2 (S2) of the same mark, and why burn immediately after bringing power to the controller?
thanks in advance. best regards
