EVEngineeer has a little shameless behaviour in the past

Can someone build an EV in Florida?

Is there anyone near Broward County Florida that can build an EV? The closest person that I have found that seems trustworthy is in Fort. Pierce. That is 2 hours from me. Is there anything closer? I saw someone in Boca, which would be perfect, but I do not know if I trust them. I never hear of them ever.
