Up for sale is a Zivan NG3 Battery Charger, new with manual. I do not know much about it, except it is new. I'm located in NC but will ship anywhere as long as buyer pays actual shipping costs. First $500 gets the deal!

It's new - Zivan will set it up any way that you want for about $100 from what I have read. I have also read that most discussion boards can walk you through how to set them up. I do not know what they are set as out of the box.
I did read that someone said they will not setup for 220V applications, but I am also not sure if it is due to the way it is initially setup or not. Me being kind of techy, I would prefer to find out on my own how to set it up, but worry free is good too (letting Zivan do it). I have the original box, manual - the cords have never been attached to any device.

hi - what's it say on the label? you can only reprogram within about ~10% of the original voltage the charger was assembled at. plus usually there is curve information and that sort of thing listed. if you just post what the labels say, we could see if we could use your charger.
