Julian Cox owner of UK Flight Power has screwed a very good friend of Dennis Berube, his name is Zachary Vex. Zachary wired over $20,000.00 to Julian and never seen a battery or BMS. Many with past purchases from Julian have tried to resolve this issue, but it seems Zachary is now hiring an attorney in the UK.

Zachary Vex has toured Netgain Motors, he purchased two Dennis Berube motors and will be at the 2012 EVCCON.

This is my 2nd post on this subject. A friend, customer and fellow racer has sent $18900. to Flight Power (Julian Cox)for a pack that was supposed to be delivered months ago. I understand Juliann Cox believes the Racer is to dangerous to ship batteries to. Why did he except the cash payment and why does he not just send the funds back?

Both these folks have been well over 100 mph on the dragstrip before, they also drive Teslas.NHRA has driver testing and license procedures for those that want to go quick and fast.
I vote for NHRA to judge a SAFE driver not someone from Hong Cong.

Just to keep the Lawyers happy and keep the eventual legal proceedings neat post the evidence of the fraud along with the claim.

If this guy took $19k and did not ship the product, we call that a thief in the USA. If the guy doesn't like being called a thief, he shouldn't steal.

However, I've waited over a year for race parts before. In racing, it's part of the game. You have to have 2 of everything if you expect to win.

Zackary is an honest business man trying to buy a battery pack for his electric drag car. Julian promised this pack in April 2012, since not producing the pack he has came up with every excuse in the book to keep Zack's money. The funny thing about an internet is how easy it is to post the facts on a dishonest business.

Julian Cox has two option:

1. Refund all wired money paid.
2. Deliver product ordered.

I am not worried about Julian coming after me, I wish he would. This guy has the worst reputation in the RC world, just Google his name. If Zachary does not receive option 1 or 2, then every RC message board on the internet will learn of his dishonest business dealings. People need to know when someone is a crook!

I am very sad to say Oli's "Black Current" burned to the ground, he was using Flight Power Cells. I wish him the best, and know he will build another fast EV drag car. It is still not known if the cells caused the fire?
