Nope.

If you want parts, just search ebay for parts. I don't know what
something this feeble would cost, but 350 watts systems often sell on ebay
for less than $50. New 18-20 AH gell cells run $30-$40 each.

As an example, here is an eBay auction (closed) for a 350 watt
motor/controller/charger that had a BIN of $35
