When a battery is rated at 220ah for example, is this to 50% DOD or all the way drained?

All the way drained at it's 20 hour rate, so it would have 220Ah of capacity when drain to dead 0% at a rate of 11 AMPS for 20 hours.

"All deep cycle batteries are rated in amp-hours. An amp-hour is one amp for one hour, or 10 amps for 1/10 of an hour and so forth. It is amps x hours.
