PML Flightlink Limited - in Administration
EM Shires and RW Birchall were appointed as Joint Administrators of PML Flightlink Limited on 28th November 2008 to manage its affairs, business and property. EM Shires and RW Birchall contract as agents of the Company without personal liability. EM Shires and RW Birchall are licensed to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
The footnote quoted here can be found at the bottom of the PML flightlink home page.

Back when there was still hype around the HiPa drive and the wheel motor powered cooper mini, I was able to secure a formal price quote for an AWD drive system for a car weighing no more than 3000lbs. The final cost for everything came to about $92000USD. I wonder why they are having trouble.

Another overpriced EV company bites the dust.....
I knew what kind of vehicle I wanted to drive since before I was old enough to drive,

All I had to do was build it..

And with that, the Volvo Recharge project which was going to be based on PML's hub motors must also be dead. It wasn't going anywhere anyway. The guy who was running the project said a production vehicle was over a decade away. You snooze, you loose.
