The Electric Vehicle Association of Southern California (EVAOSC) meets at 10:00AM on the 3rd Saturday of each month at the South Coast Air Quality Management District’s facility at 21865 E. Copley Dr. in Diamond Bar. We usually have a speaker usually once a month or a tour or public demonstration event or a video. This is to update people about up coming meetings and meeting places. Topics covered include electric transportation, electric cars, hybrids, fuel cell cars, renewable energy, peaking of cheap oil, US Energy Policy, motors, monorails, etc. Usually vehicles are available for viewing.

Also, for future visitors, the So Cal EV Converters club was a good effort to connect EV builders in the Los Angeles area. However, since these projects are slow going and we are so spread out in LA County, it just didn't make sense to have regular meetings, since there wasn't a whole lot of news every month regarding people's projects. So, it kind of folded in to the Pasadena EVA meetings where there is more discussion about conversions.
