I suspect their tester. You need to do a load test for a few minutes and see how well the voltage holds up. You can get a 100 amp tester for $25: http://www.harborfreight.com/100-amp-6-volt-12-volt-battery-load-tester-90636.html
I was going to use these Walmart batteries for my tractor but there were some reviews that indicated problems:
