Greetings I have 120VDC Lead acid pack not performing well. After leaving the pack on the charger for a long time (standby) the battery pack only is only @120V?
I would expect 149VDC no?
I took the truck for a spin today and my volt meter showed 110 - 94V while the motor was running.
The battery states
Constant Voltage charge @20℃
standby Use is 13.6 - 13.8 Initial Current 16.5A
Cyclic Use 14.5-14.9V Initial Current 33A
(See photo)
When charging this 10 pack of 110AH 12V lead acid batteries should the voltage not be 140 ~ 149 VDC?
I am measuring 129VDC to 132DC off the charger @ 7-9 DC Amps.
I cant find much info off the charger it says "InPower" I cant see a model number. Does anyone know anything about these?
Perhaps I will pull out the to see if there is more info.
Thanks in advance.

EDIT after charging for a while I do observe 146V @ 4.5A

EDIT2 I removed the charger and it says CleanPower CHWP-12008

Yeah okay thanks for the feedback, the UB-121100 batteries are about 2-1/2 years old. I have put about 500 Miles on them in the two years I have had this truck.

I think I found some specs on them here:
https://pdf.wholesalesolar.com/batt...50.417361640.1515196994-1413914165.1515196994

Seems like I can only get about 8-10miles on a charge lately.
Do you think its a bad idea to just leave the charger plugged in all the time when the truck is not in use?

Depends on the charger, if it transitions to Float after Full NP.
Yeah ouch I am hoping they are not shot. They probably have had ~90 charge cycles.
Its now ~4 hours later and the InPower "CleanPower CHWP-12008" charger now is floating them at 156V draw is ~ 2amps.
I guess its time to look for a 120V Lithium option.
