I know the car. Fred gave me a ride in the little beastie back in 2011 at EVCCON at the Airport in MO in front of Jack Richards Hangar. We had permission from the airport to do a 1/4 mile track on the tarmac. It was a fun time. I would keep it a Warp9 but get a better more reliable controller with more power. If someone was wanting they could use the adapter that is in this beastie and put in an AC-50 or Hyper9 AC motor and controller for a super fun vehicle. The AC motors will give motor braking where the DC motors will not. If you keep it DC be sure the brakes are in top shape at all times. I would but this beastie is just too small for me. Price is in the right range because of the vehicle itself. Fred did a great job putting this together by the way. Here is my little video clip of the beastie on Race Day.

What is the estimated range?

Originally they said about 70 mile range. But that all depends upon how you drive of course. You know, that little car can't hold many batteries.

Would love to return this little beauty back to the UK.
I had one in the old days in the 1970's with its 950 engine and was actually pulled over for a stern talking to by the police for pulling away too quickly at the lights! 🤣🤣🤣
