Know of any reviews of the Ovartech chargers? All I'm finding initially is their product literature.

How does the 8 cell limit work on an EV that typically has way more than that? Does it control at the module level, if they're run in parallel or something?

I'm somewhat local to you and could pick stuff up in person, if it seems like it'll fit my build direction. (Leaning toward ~17 kWH of Leaf batteries.)

You're welcome to come check things out in person. The Manzanita boards MK3X8 are meant to daisy-chain and I think I have enough boards to sustain up to an 800V pack if I recall. Photo of the charger SN attached, and you can email [email protected] as well for more info.

Thanks for the additional info. It looks like it's the older 360V version of one of the two 400V versions I posted above. I'm thinking the 200-420V output range may be a problem for my planned 144V pack?

Yes, I think you're right on the voltage. I do have two Delta-Q chargers 912-9600, but it looks as though they peak at 96V nominal.

I have two Ovartech chargers, CAN based 3.3kW with DC-DC. These were opened and tested but never installed, asking $350 each.

Datasheet attached, manual and CAN DBC info available also.

I also have a large set of manzanita micro BMSmk3x8 boards with connectors, terminators, interface etc - price and more details available upon request.

Curious about the Manzanita interface....Is it still available? Is this the same as the Rudman Bus Display?

As I recall, there is a rudman bus terminator box that has a PC Interface tool for the Rudman Bus Display. I think I may also have a stand-alone display that works with that. Full kit is still available - I have to check how many boards I have.

Ah, wish I'd looked here before buying some Mk3x12 regs....ie no need for regs, or dongle terminator, just looking for the now-defunct visualizer for visualization purposes. Something like the image below. Have you got one of these?

I do actually - sorry I thought I'd sent a DM. I haven't tested it, and the display has some plastic degradation - horizontal cracks on the surface, but gruesome as it looks, the LCD behind the plastic isn't damaged.
