Li-Polymer battery cell applicate in EV,
the characteristic more better than Kokam of Korea.
It is true data of testing by ourself actually as following:

PLPP105215220-3.7V43Ah-Li-Polymer battery Cell:
Dimension:H10.5±0.5*W214±2*L220±2.5mm
Weight:1111±40g

Temperatures:


Safety:


For nail penetration test of pure Lico cells with this capacity based on UL and UN standard, it not passed.

And nail penetration test ,just simply stopped working with a small puff of smoke like joescg said ,but still no flames.

And meanwhile 1C5V can passed ,but more than 5V can not passed ,if who had done the testing ,please post some references.

The price will be about RMB9/Ah based on the quantity for this lipo liCo cells.

What is the weight? Are you putting these in modules like your Lifepo4 cells?
It is 1111g±40g; of course can do the modules like lifepo4 ,but yellow and white ABS+PC shell just suitable for 3.2V100Ah single cell.

Interesting. I can't find them in the products of your company though. Can you elaborate a bit on them please? Like exact dimensions, price per cell?

EDIT: Never mind about the price, I saw 9 Renminbi per amp so around $63 CND per cell before shipping. Dimensions would still be nice though. Thanks

wow! 99% energy at 10C discharge? that's impressive.
No, but 99% charge, not energy. And it would be 100% or very near to it with cut-off voltage lowered or discharge finished at lower current. This is for every lithium-ion battery, so it's nothing special.

The coulombic efficiency is always ~100%. The energy efficiency varies; to calculate it, you need to look at the voltage sag from the curves posted. It seems to be about 0.2V at 10C, and 3.5V/3.7V = 94.5%, which is the energy efficiency; very good for such a high current, at least for a typical EV use (no extreme racing included).
