Been searching the forum all day long and haven't found the answer to my question yet. So here goes. I'm building my first electric motorcycle. I have chosen to use an ME1003 motor and 10 Leaf modules in series (20S2P) to power it through a Curtis 1205M-6B403 72V 400A. My question is what amperage rating do I need on my BMS? Does it need to be the same as my peak/continuous discharge or just the same as my max charge current? Would something like this work? TIA guys!
