For my build, I'm using 16 Samsung batteries that appear to have been manufactured for the benefit of the Ford Motor Co. These were sold last year by Battery Hookup as "Samsung EV Lithium Ion 12s 44.4v 47ah 2.07kWh Modules".

Now to connect the Orion 2 BMS harnesses, it would be convenient if I could reuse the OEM 10-pin
connectors. There is a 10-pin connector on each end of a module. See picture below. No luck finding the matching plugs online, but perhaps someone here might have a lead.

For what it's worth, the sticker on the side of the module reads "Made in Hungary" and "FoMoCo", as well as:
LX68 - 10C790 -G- PIA-3AB
BATTERY CELL MODULE 12S1P
GSDB CODE : HMAFA
MODULE NO. : MP0217NS002A
NOMINAL CAPACITY : 2.07kWh
20192030669

Thanks,
Sam

Tomdb, thanks for checking! No, I don't have a plug, just the receptacles.
The linked suggestion does indeed look quite similar. Very helpful!

An added benefit of using the modules' PCB's is that they appear to have built-in fuses. (I assume that's what the "F"-labeled components in the attached picture are.) Thus, if I cannot source the matching plugs, I might "simply" try to replace the receptacles with known entities.

If it's a 10-pin plug and a 12s module, then you can't reuse the connector with the Orion - unless there's another connector on the module that has the rest of the cell taps. You need to tap each of the 12 cells directly with a BMS like the Orion.

Given that those pins are not cell taps, they are most likely a combination of CANbus, 12v or 5v power, and ground pins.

The PCB shown looks to have cell taps, you can solder your BMS wires to those.

Ok, the manufacturer is Yura and the black and the orange connectors and matching plugs are listed in their catalog at ::: YURA , but see the snapshot of the relevant page below. Unfortunately, I have so far not found a retailer.

I know about the recall. But the good part is that it's not regarding cell issues, more about the welding on bridges.
We have about 400 of those modules, but from a dealer that had flooded parking lot in europe.
