Hey Guys, Im using a cheap chinese BMS for my 48V li-ion battery pack, after i disconnect the charger, the BMS remains warm for about half an hour (the temperature neither increases nor decreases) as opposed to it starting to cool down immediately after disconnecting the charger. I have multiple units of the same bms and all of them do this very same thing. What i want to know is if this is normal. If yes then what could be causing it to remain warm. Thanks.

too many variables, ask the manufacturer, or inspect better (i.e. measure the currents, get an infrared camera). It *could* just be normal thermodynamics too.
