Help please

I need to change the voltage on my BRUSA NLG 5

I did do this - about 7 years ago!

So I am starting again

Where can I find the ChargeStar program??

And I assume I will need an old XP - PC - Have to try and find one

Found this on the open inverter forums.
Battery Charger Projects (wolftronix.com)

If you scroll down you can see
chst305e.exe Charge Star Windows executable for changing the charge parameters over a serial port. (note: needs to be a 32-bit windows machine).

Thanks for the help - changed the voltage as required and it all seems to be working!
