Hello, I found this on ebay. Has anyone tried building a BMS for lead-acid?

Manzanita has balancers for AGM batteries. you don't need them for flooded lead since the gassing cycle is what balances them, but for AGM you do benefit from balancers. I have a set of 12 for sale at good discount from retail price, left over from when I upgraded to Lithium.... check them out
