I would think not, they appear to be similar or a copy of the allbright contactor which is rated 250a continuous at 96 volts. see: http://www.albrightinternational.com/lang/en/products.php?ID=545
I would assume the kelly is 400 amp peak, but it does not say for how long, or what duty cycle.
Keep in mind the voltage rating also, you did not say what voltage you intend to use, these are rated for 84 volts according to the specs you link to.
I would contact kelly to be sure, they normally respond to questions quickly.

Re: Are these contactors rated for continuous or peak current?

Ahh, first apologies on the title - should be "Are" not "Can".

Does anyone know where I could get contactors rated for 800A? The largest ones I have seen so far are only 400A.

I plan to use a 500A contactor Kilovac EV200 for my project. 250-300 amps continuous and 1000A peak!
