I ordered and used this adapter plate, it has drill marks and extra holes along the bottom edge, when I mounted to my T5 Ford Transmission.

It can be yours for $200 + shipping if you are on a budget and don't want to spend the $850+

low mileage, no warping, about 3k miles, on a low torque setup.

One ratted out hole, is not a mounting hole, doesn't affect mounting, it was simply for a manual clutch cable to pass through.

Hey Josh I might want to buy this thing from you... What kinda Bell house did this bolt to?
Does it come with the fly wheel coupler too??
