CAR AC system run by electric motor

I am trying to build an AC system of toyota corolla 2010 XRS and run it using an electric motor.
So far I have already ordered all the AC components; missing the fans. Any suggestion to get the fans would be appreciated.

Most important, I could not find the exact specs on t he type of electric motor I would need. I am looking at the following capability in the electric motor:
- AC/DC (AC I have 115V readily available)
- power delivered at 2000 rpm to be 2-3 kW (did not have any reference here)
- I need to be able to vary the speed of the electric motor from 800 to 4000 rpm.

Any advice regarding the motor would be greatly appreciated.
