Cell cycler suggestions?

I have an RC charger that'll charge up cells gently (5 Amps) and discharge them up to 5 times, automatically. It's great, but more current and more cycles, with some logging, would be nice.

I was thinking it would be neat to automate the testing at higher currents (would speed the number of cycles if nothing else).

My initial thoughts are to use a USB relay board, a volt meter and current meter with a serial port, and control it with an old laptop. A 12 V car battery could provide charging power, and light bulbs could provide constant current limits for charge and discharge.

Other thoughts I had were to use an Arduino board and a relay shield, or to use an Arduino and make my own relay drivers.

Comments? Anyone else out there have automatic cycle testing going? Are there any BMS systems that can facilitate this?
