I was wondering how long it takes you to charge your batteries? I'm planning on using 40 to 48 flooded six volt lead to push a small truck around. I'm hoping 12 hours is long enough so I can charge each night when I get home from work. I'm hoping to plug them into a standard 120 outlet but I can wire in a 220 if necessary.

totally depends on your charger, and how much you can pull out of the wall without blowing circuit breakers. figure the kwhr you want to charge, and amps needed at 110v, or 220v, and allow only 85% eff for charger, and if you are running floodies, you basically need to figure closer to 60%eff because there will be a lot of energy going into the 'gassing' cycle that balances the batteries.
