Charging Voltronix Model # LYP90Ah 3.6 volt Lithium batteries

I have a battery pack of 34 model Model # LYP90Ah Voltronix Lithium Phosphate battery cells. They have been sitting in the donor vehicle, a 2003 Jeep Wrangler, for over three years. some are holding a 2.5 volt charge while others are 1.2 to 1.5. I understand that I have to charge each cell individually.
So I am looking for a proper charger to do this? This Jeep has a built in Manzanita Micro PFC 30M Charger, but I am told not to use until all cells are holding above 2.5 volts equally?
