Just in case the part numbers might help someone... I ordered a few different connectors from Mouser to fit the ones that are on the Chevy Volt Gen 2 contactor/relay module in order to drive the existing relays and other internals. To save someone else some money and time, here are the two that actually worked:

538-33472-1206
538-33472-1260
