If they don't provide the test data or a graph of torque vs speed, then you would need to test the motors on a dynamometer to measure the resulting speed at various torque loads over the voltage and motor currents of interest.
Then you will know your input power, the electrical power transferred thru the controller, and the mechanical output power produced by the motor.
