I am looking for the part numbers, or other identification so I can buy connectors for these batteries.

Wow, those are weird terminals.

Are these modules from an i3? (it's not the only electric BMW model, and they likely all use different modules)

Since these are internal to the pack and even the technical training manual for the i3 doesn't describe anything internal (so a dealership's service department would never need any internal components), there's a good chance that it won't be possible to buy these as a BMW part.

Yes, they are from i3s. There are a couple of surplus places that sell them. I figured they were internal to the main battery pack... Not entirely surprised that a dealer wouldn't handle that. I've tried a lot of searching electronics suppliers, since I'm an engineer, and usually can find fairly odd stuff. But oftenm knowing a key word / company name / etc. is the trick to find out how to get there. BMW had to buy them somewhere, unless they set up a connector manufacturing line.

I agree - if anyone recognizes the style, it might be possible to find them in the manufacturer's website or catalog.

BMW generally uses Bosch electrical equipment, including the i3's motor, but I don't see any useful detail in their web page for connectors (including high current high voltage).

I might have found a little info.... I found a company page KOSTAL that has a picture of a contact that looks a lot like the contact in the connector.

Also, does anyone recognize this logo? It looks like a LK with the K nested into the L.

Well, the company logo and the part number is right there ;-)
Kostal, the plastic housing is https://www.oscaro.com/boitier-de-connecteur-herthbuss-elparts-50390743-8271302-3167-p

Since that is a housing for Kostal PLK 14.5 that would indicate that the metal part is a https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/KOSTAL/10022774

Allthough, the price and some of the spec seems to indicate that this would be the external high voltage connector.
In any case, Kostal is the right company so it might help if you request a catalog from there.
