Back in the day Ivan and Mizplix were centered on curtis. Ivan is still kinda around and I think he had a curtis contact. A search and some hunting might get that data from one of their posts, or a visit to a forklift repair shop might be in order. I do recall Curtis was fond of Ben Franklin pictures. Looks like a drag bike, probably done for bracket racing otherwise the 100v limit question is odd viewing the rear tire sizing. My dresser would pop that on the third run.
