You could contact one of the conversion companies, such as EVWest who will be able to go through options & costings with you.
The question is a bit open ended for an open forum. You need to decide what car and what bike then what kind of range / performance you would like. Then people have a fighting chance of giving you advice that's useful.
Have a look through the builds section too. You might see something similar, then from the thread find out how it performed & what they / you might do differently.
