I'm just getting started on planning my ev conversion. I would like to replace the rear axle of an F-150 with an electric driven axle(pictured). As well as replacing the front differential with a electric driven differential gearbox.

I have very little experience with working on vehicles but have been building batteries and electric bikes for many years. Hoping to hear what issues I'm likely to run into and anybodies experiences with these types of gearboxes or truck conversions in general
