I have a question regarding the torque (Nm) of a dc motor with planetary gearbox. I want to make an automated umbrella and I need around 70Nm of torque to make it work. I seem to only find motors with around 3Nm of torque even with a planetary gearbox. Is this normal or am I wrong with my calculations? I think it's strange considering a cordless drill can deliver up to 80Nm of torque. Can someone help me with this?

Sure seems like the output value to me. Thing is, that's a very small motor (physically). A motor from a drill can have a diameter closer to 38mm. Can't really compare the two fairly.
